I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson because I suffered from high blood pressure, arthritis, shingles, fatigue, overweight and chest pain. I was in so much pain all over. Whenever I had an episode of the shingles rash, my stomach would get upset, triggering diarrhoea and vomiting. I had too much muscle pain that felt like piercing needles. Extreme fatigue, joint pains was a massive problem. I was always in bed, could not do anything at all. It was as if my entire body had shut down. I was helpless and became fading up of the medicines that GP was prescribing. I was forced to take sick leave from work because I was off sick very often. This very distressing for me because I thought it was the beginning of me ending up in wheel chair.

I came to know about Dr Stephen Ferguson after a friend of mine heard him on the Galaxy radio show. She quickly recommended me to come and see him for a live blood test. So I made an appointment to visit The Natural Health clinic. I was so nervous to go to the clinic as I didn’t know what to expect. While at the clinic, the first thing that Dr Stephen Ferguson did was to carry out the live blood test. I was so scared by the appearance of my blood, could see blockages here and there, blood circulation was terrible, very scary indeed.  He put me on 8weeks programme, taking vitamins and food supplements. I had to change my diet by eating more healthy food, doing more regular exercises. Slowly the pain reduced, joint pain was not as tingling like before, my blood pressure dropped, and gradually my energy was picking up. In the morning there was less struggle coming out of bed.  I would get the shingles rash at least once a month but while on the programme no rash whatsoever. My skin is much clearer than it was before I started the programme. By the time I completed the 8weeks programme, the chest pain had completely gone. Surprisingly I had lost 2.5 stones. I felt lighter and healthier than before. I would walk faster than before without feeling my joints cracking. I would sit down for longer periods of time without any pressure on my back and chest. I am off all pharmaceutical medicines, only taking vitamins and food supplements.

I am so grateful that I came and did the live blood test. It has turned my life around. I have gone back to work and all my colleagues at work are so amazed at how great I look. And since I have been back which is now about 3months, I have taken any time off sick which is really amazing.

I would recommend anyone who has not done the live blood test to come and do one at Dr Stephen Ferguson’s Natural Health Clinic. Most of my work mates have been inspired to do the live blood test and they came to do it.
