I suffer from several different ailments. I have high blood pressure, my cholesterol is high and most times I am so tired because I suffer from hypothyroidism. I am also overweight. I was not happy at all with the way life has come to! I suffered from headaches because my blood pressure was always high. I do things at a slower pace and my concentration was not good at all. I find myself sleeping a lot. I have to cook for the family in the afternoon which is such a great struggle for me what more go out and do the shopping, pick up the kids and run errands. This was not the type of life I had previously. I was always energetic and relatively happy with my life. I went to the doctors over a period of time and came back with more prescription. I had to watch my diet because of my cholesterol and my weight was catching up on me. Nothing I did seemed to bring it down. My blood pressure was always high too! My GP advised me to lose some weight. I started to worry a lot. My tiredness got me down because everything became a struggle to do.
A friend recommended that I make a visit to Doctor Stephen Ferguson. It was a little bit of a track to get to him because I live outside London. Actually it was my friend who came along with me because she really believed that Doctor Ferguson can cure the health problems I have. She previously suffered from hypertension, high cholesterol and painful shoulders.
Doctor Ferguson was very kind to me. He took the time to listen and provided encouragement. He did a live blood test and an 8 week programme. Within a matter of a week, I started to feel better. I felt my energy picking up, I don’t feel slow or lazy. In the second week my blood pressure was pretty normal. My cholesterol level has gone down. And my biggest blessing is to lose three stones in the last two months. I can do things a lot better. I can read in the evenings without falling asleep after 10 minutes! I am so happy.
Thank you Doctor Stephen Ferguson. You are really good at what you do! I highly recommend my friends and family to Doctor Stephen Ferguson.
