I came to see Doctor Stephen Ferguson at the Natural Health Clinic.  I was suffering from high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels and acid reflux problems.

My blood pressure remains consistently high even after each visit to the GP surgery for check-ups.  I am tablet controlled for my high blood pressure.  My cholesterol levels remain high and don’t seem to go down.  Over the years, I have been suffering from acid reflux discomfort.  It causes heartburn sensations especially during the afternoon and more so in the night.  I don’t really get a good night’s sleep.  It made me feel tired most of the times.  I ate less during the evenings, my appetite was poor.  I knew I had to change my diet and lifestyle and needed some guidance.

I was recommended by a friend to visit Doctor Stephen Ferguson’s Natural Health Clinic.  I made an appointment to have a full body MOT.  He did a live blood test on me.  It was very interesting but the results were not very good.  We discussed my diet and my lifestyle habits.  He put me on an eight week health programme.  I had to change the way I did things and eat from now.  I was determined to make that change because I did not want my health to get any worse from what it was already!

I took the natural health vitamins, some healthy drinks that were recommended to me by Doctor Ferguson.  I also took a natural blood cleanser on a daily basis.  Doctor Ferguson gave me an exercise plan to follow regularly.

I can truly say in a matter of two weeks, I noticed a big change in my health.  I can eat and sleep better without the heartburn feeling.  My blood pressure went down; even my cholesterol levels were reducing.  I know this because I went back for a health checkup with Doctor Stephen Ferguson and my results proved to be good.  I continue with my health programme, and feel much fitter and in control of my health.  Thanks Doctor Ferguson, with your coaching and treatment, I am on the road to recovery!

I visited Doctor Stephen Ferguson for a full body MOT after a few friends had recommended me for a live blood test. The reason I came to see him, I had hypothyroid, cramps, high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels and constipation. I felt weak all the time, I could not walk freely, I had to use a walking stick or rely on other people incase I had to go somewhere far from home. I was on constant use of strong pain killers like morphine to relieve the pain which in the end left me without energy. I could not do basic things at home, I felt like was ageing faster than I expected. I didn’t feel normal anymore, I wasn’t myself at all, I became so anxious. Sickness changed me, wasn’t the happy person I used to be, all the time moaning about how I felt. My partner and children were very supportive and helpful but I always felt they were not doing enough and our relationship became so strained. I felt demeaned at times, having to ask people do things for me.

When I came to the clinic, Dr Stephen Ferguson carried out a live blood test which I found so interesting. After the test, Dr told me my blood stream was not clear. There was a lot of unwanted substances in it and in order to cleanse it I had to follow a certain programme and a strict healthy diet. Dr Stephen Ferguson put me on  natural foods and vitamins. After using these for a couple of weeks I started feeling better. The dizziness disappeared, I became  more energetic and could walk about more freely. I feel like a normal person now, and can  do many things I was not in position to do before; like going to the shops or to the park. The constipation is also no more. My blood pressure and cholesterol level have both gone down. I have more energy than I had before. I am also more positive and also feel that my life has a meaning now.

I feel better, feel happy and blessed. Dr Ferguson is my life saver, he saved me from myself, my family is happy to have me back and they have also joined the programme.
